I, as the data subject, agree to the processing of personal data and information on the processing of personal data, give the Sněžník a.s. company, with registered office at Gajdošova 4392/7, Brno, company reg. No. 26979136, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section B, Insert 4402, as an administrator of personal data ("Administrator") in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) and Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation regarding the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR Regulation"), a free and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as "consent"), subject to the following conditions:

Purpose of processing of personal data

The personal data of the data subject will be processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of the administrator for the purpose of direct marketing.

The reason for the provision of personal data by a data subject is the data subject's interest in fulfilling the purpose of processing personal data, which would not be possible without the provision of personal data. The administrator undertakes to process accurate personal data solely for the purpose of:

  • sending business messages (direct marketing). The administrator undertakes not to process personal data in a way that is incompatible with the above purpose.

Scope of personal data

The administrator undertakes to process personal data only to the extent necessary in relation to the purpose it is processed for.

The scope of personal data provided by this consent is the following:

  • name and surname,
  • email address, (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information").

Time limit for processing the personal data

The Administrator undertakes to process personal data solely for 10 years from the date of the consent. After this time, the administrator has the obligation to dispose of such personal data..

Categories of recipients of personal data and transfer of personal data

The Administrator declares that personal data will be made available to the appropriate Administratorʼs employees who are required to maintain confidentiality of such data, as well as of security measures whose disclosure would jeopardize the security of such personal data.

The Administrator declares that personal data will be transferred to the "PS Works s.r.o." company, registered office at Jungmannova 1310/10, Kyjov, IČO: 28306201 (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Processor"), for the abovementioned purposes, as this company provides the Administrator with the service of sending marketing messages. The obligation to maintain confidentiality of personal data also applies to the relevant employees of the Data Processor.

The Administrator also declares that he will not transfer personal data to third countries or any international organizations.

Automated decision making and profiling

Personal data processing of the data subject will not lead to automated decision making.

The administrator hereby informs the data subject that there will be some profiling done (a form of automated processing of a person's personal data by using personal data in order to evaluate some personal aspects relating to the data subject, in particular to analyze or estimate aspects of personal preferences and interests ). The administrator uses profiling only to personalize business communications for specific data subjects (targeted advertising).

Revocation of the consent to the processing of personal data

The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without any limitation or damage, either at the registered office address of the administrator or by an email sent to marketing@dolnimorava.cz.

The rights of the data subject:

The administrator shall inform the data subject about their rights under the GDPR Regulation, in particular: 

  • the right of access to their own personal data (the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller a confirmation whether the personal data concerning them is processed or not - Article 15 of the GDPR Regulation);

  • the right of correction (the data subject has the right to have the inaccurate personal data related to them corrected by the Administrator, as well as the right to complete any incomplete personal data - Article 16 of the GDPR Regulation) without undue delay;

  • the right to be deleted (the data subject has the right to make the Administrator delete the personal data relating to the data subject without undue delay if one of the reasons set out in Article 17 of the GDPR Regulation is given);

  • the right to limit the processing (the data subject has the right to limit the processing performed by the administrator in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR Regulation);

  • the right to data transferability (the data subject has the right to obtain the personal data concerning themselves which they have provided to the administrator in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to pass this data to another administrator without the administrator to whom the personal data has been provided preventing them from doing so, in the cases referred to in Article 20 of the GDPR Regulation);

  • the right not to be the subject of any decision based solely on automated processing (the data subject has the right not to be the subject of any decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling which has legal effects for them or which they are concerned by similarly in a significant way in accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR);

  • the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Personal Data Protection Office), with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 727/27, Post Code 170 00, Prague/Praha 7.

In accordance with Article 30 (1) (a), the Data Protection Officer of the Administrator provides the data subject with contact data of the Data Protection Officer.

All inquiries, suggestions, or other submissions relating to the processing of your personal data may be directed to the Data Protection Officer of the Administrator.

Conclusion

The data subject hereby declares that they have been duly informed by the Administrator about the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the GDPR and that the above-mentioned personal data is accurate and true and that they have provided the Administrator with it on a voluntary basis.
